In the coming years, The Northwoods Infrastructure Fund is expected to capitalize on the expected increase in the number of capital assets in North America that will be available for investment, divestment and restructuring. These assets include but not limited to power plants, roads, airports, water and sewerage treatment plants. Through outsourcing, companies and governments are increasingly finding it more beneficial to be the purchasers of the services produced by infrastructure assets rather than the owners.
